-Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, and this can be done here!
-What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guaranteed check-in at 3:00 PM.
Check-out no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out can be purchased for our superior room categories.
If you arrive earlier or leave later, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room before or after you check in or check out.
-Is there luggage storage?
Adjacent to the reception there is a luggage room where you can store your luggage free of charge before or after your stay.
-When does breakfast open?
Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00 in the restaurant on the second floor, and does not need to be booked. However, there are always most visitors between 09:00-10:00 and some queuing may occur then.
-Is there a spa area at the hotel?
No, there is no spa area. However, we have a large gym and a very nice sauna with a sea view that are free to use for our hotel guests. These can be reserved via our website.
External guests can buy entrance or annual passes to our gym via our website.
The gym is open between 07:00-19:00 The sauna is open between 09:00-19:00
-Can I pay with cash?
No, we are a cashless hotel.
-Opening hours
The reception is staffed between 08:00-19:00 every day during the summer.
Outside these opening hours, you can visit our restaurant or bar, and for urgent matters during the night, there is an emergency number at the reception.
-Is there a TV in the rooms?
Here we want you to enjoy the surroundings, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere and not least each other. That is why we have chosen not to have TVs in the rooms. There are a small number of tablets to borrow for free at our reception.
-Do you have pet-friendly rooms?
We have a limited number of rooms where we welcome your pets, at an additional cost of 250:-/room. These rooms are all standard double room categories. Animals are welcome to spend their time in the room or connected with you in our lobby and on the outdoor terrace. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome animals into our restaurant.
-Is the hotel accessible?
There is a lift to all floors and plenty of space to move around. We have two rooms that are adapted for disabled people. These are in the standard double room category, and do not cost extra in any way. A shower chair is available to borrow, please let us know if you would like one in the room when you book. -Are children welcome at the hotel?
Yes, of course children are welcome with us. With us you are considered a child until you are 13 years old. After that you are considered an adult.
All children 0-4 years old both stay and eat for free with us, always.
WE have cribs to lend if requested in the room. An extra bed (normal size) costs 250:- to borrow. Let us know before arrival and we will book your request subject to availability (we have a limited number.)
In the dining room there are Tripp Trapp chairs, both with and without a bar, to borrow and if you need to bring your stroller into the dining room, you should let us know well in advance as we have limited such places.
